This registration is ONLY for players who have already been selected and assigned to an ADFH United club team.

You must add a photo of your child - please click on the "Photo Not Available" box next to your child's name at the beginning of the registration process to upload a picture.

Please complete all questions and make sure you assign your child to the proper team.

Then, complete the process by "checking out" -- with payment by credit card.
