IMPORTANT NOTES: First-year players must present a copy of their birth certificate in order for their registration to be complete. If you are registering on-line AND are a first time Registrant, please submit your copy of your child's birth certificate at one of the dates and times
listed below.
BOYS AND GIRLS 14 and older INTERESTED IN UMPIRING THIS YEAR SHOULD SIGN UP AT REGISTRATION OR CONTACT KEITH SMITH at kksfire@oh.rr.com.
This system will allow you to register your children 24/7, and it will also take credit card payments. If you are new to our programs, you will be required to setup an account the first time you login to the system. For future use, you will have a username and password, which will allow you to make changes to your personal information such as address, email, or phone number.
Paper Registrations will still be accepted at:
February 7th, 2009 from 9:00am-Noon at the Avon Lake High School Commons Area
February 14th, 2009 from 9:00am-Noon at the Avon Lake High School Commons Area
February 19th, 2009 from 6:30pm-9:00pm at the Avon Lake High School Commons Area
