In-House Fall 2010

Bedford Youth Soccer's In-House program is the starting point for many young soccer players in the area and their first exposure to organized sports. The In-House Program teaches children, Pre-K through 6th Grade, the rudiments of Soccer. The GOAL of the Program is to provide players with the opportunity to learn the necessary skills, ability and knowledge of the Sport - the foundation which would enable any player to play competitively in our own Travel Program and thereafter at the Middle School - High School or the Collegiate Levels. The In-House Program is conducted on Saturdays at various locations in Bedford.

Uniforms (reversible red and white shirts, black shorts, cleats and shin guards) are required for ALL In-House Programs.

FALL 2010 / SPRING 2011 TRAVEL INFORMATION

· This Registration is a commitment for both the Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 Seasons

· Cost for registration is $250.00 per player. The Registration fee includes insurance, game uniforms, practice uniforms and Try-out fees.

· In addition to the registration fee, each player will be responsible for a $700.00 Training Fee. A Professional Trainer will conduct two weekly practices and coach all League scheduled games for the Fall and Spring Seasons. The fee also covers the coaching expenses for two (2) tournaments. Training Fees for Winter Training and Tournaments are not included. The $700.00 Training Fee is due no later than August 01,2010.

· All players must try out at their appropriate age unless approval is granted in advance by the Travel Committee

· There will be two Tryout dates for age group: The U-10 and U-9 Tryouts will be conducted at Bedford Village Memorial Park. The U-11 and older Age Groups will have one Tryout in Bedford and one in Armonk - locations to be determined.

· All U-11 and older players will be assigned to teams under the joint venture - Castleford

· BYSC professional trainers and/or Castleford professional trainers will be conducting the Tryouts and offering player evaluations. Current Travel Coaches will be submitting evaluations for current travel players.

· Team assignments will be made by June 30th with practice times, locations and assignment of professional coach

· Practice locations will be assigned based on the team’s geographic make up
