Online Registration Information
Please carefully read the following information to help make your registration process go smoothly. All "online" registration, via payment through credit card, needs to be completed through this system. If you have any questions or need additional information regarding your registration, please contact the Bremen Parks & Recreation Department at bremenrec@charter.net or (770) 537-4222.
1. All families will be required to create an account the first time logging into our system. Please add all family members, players and parents by choosing the add children or add adult options (alternate contact information such as phone numbers and emails can be added when another adult is added to the account).
2. After the account is created this registration system will be used to register and make payments for any of the available programs. Through the registration system you will have access to all account information, including payments due, payments received, due dates, outstanding balances, etc.
3. The City of Bremen Parks & Recreation Department online system accepts Visa/MasterCard Credit and/or Debit Cards.
4. If you have multiple players, please register them all at the same time. To do this after completing one registration click the"continue shopping button" to register another player.
5. Register only for one sport, per child, per season. Playing multiple sports within the same season must be approved by the recreation department prior too. Contact the recreation department if you wish to request playing multiple sports.
6. The entire registration process occurs over a secure server using the highest online security currently available.
7. All additional fees (convenience charges) associated with the use of our online registration system are at the expense of the customer. These additional fees are included within our "online" set registration fees and are paid directly to the administrator of this system and card services for processing fees associated credit/debit card charges. These additional fees are absolutely non-refundable under any circumstance. If you choose not to pay these convenience charges, you will be given the opportunity to cancel your transaction before submitting final payment authorization. You can come by our office and pay in person by "check, cash or money order" to avoid paying the convenience charges.
8. Current "Online Registration Fees Chart" is as follows:
- $20 registration fee + administration fees = $23.00
- $35 registration fee + administration fees = $38.30
- $40 registration fee + administration fees = $44.00
- $50 registration fee + administration fees = $54.25
- $70 registration fee + administration fees = $75.00
