The Carolina Pride Basketball Association which is located in Vass North Carolina was founded in 1996 to help develop male and female student athletes in basketball.The Carolina Pride Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Organization composed of a group of committed volunteers-Board of Directors, coaches, parents, and administrators working together to support our scholar athlete. Generous sponsors and donations help offset the cost of running the program allowing us to minimize the player registration fee. Carolina Pride is dedicated in promoting Boys and Girls Basketball in the Moore, Chatham, Cumberland and Lee, and all other surrounding Counties .
Our purpose is: To promote excellence in academics and amateur athletics for boys and girls ages 9 to 18 To enhance and strengthen participation in men's basketball programs, in particular High School basketball in North Carolina To promote good sportsmanship and citizenship To foster opportunities for college scholarships We fulfill our purpose by providing instruction and guidance to players, while offering opportunities to compete at local, regional and national levels. We also work with other established sports organizations that promote amateur athletics.
Our primary goals are to improve skills and character of our players on and off the court. Our programs, clinics and tryouts are open to all players. We do not guarantee selection to a traveling team or guaranteed playing time. Our philosophy is play TOGETHER to win. We encourage players throughout our surrounding area to inquire about the Carolina Pride organization. All of our staff is unpaid volunteers who are dedicated to supporting the youth of our community. We are proud of our Pride players, coaches, parents, and supporters, whose efforts have resulted in better quality student athletes. We have enjoyed several successful seasons; however, we will not rest on our past accomplishments, we are dedicated in improving the PRIDE BASKETBALL experience every season.
Welcome to The Carolina Pride Basketball Online Registration System!!
This system will allow you to register your child 24/7, and it will also take credit card payments safe and secure. This is a new program, you will be required to set up an account the first time you login to the system. For future use, you will have a username and password, which will allow you to make changes to your personal information such as address, email,or phone number. Coaches/Volunteers/Sponsors and anyone that will be donating money, you will have to register as well, there will be no fee charged to you.
This system will also allow all New Players who are interested in playing for Carolina Pride to give us some information about you, simply just click on the link tab on the left Online registration and create a username and password then register to the New Player Tryout Registration. Once you have completed your New Player tryout registration you will be notified later for future tryout times and locations.
Note: All New Players must register for the tryout registration, if you make the team you will be able to use the same usersname and password to transfer your information along with your childs(rens) information over to the players registration.
