Chicago Blitz National Youth Football/Cheerleaders Championship Registration Page

You may now register and make your payments for the National Youth Football Championships online 24 hours a day. Listed below are the steps you must take to create your account:

1.    Click "first time user and then "create an account"

2.    Create an Account step 1of 2 :Enter e-mail address and create password and select "next"

3.    Create Account Owner step 2 of 2: enter your name, address, phone number(s) "click next"

4.    Register Yourself: select "register now"

5.    Register now-select "edit account" enter emergency contact information and select
       "continue"

6.    Confirm Information-select "continue"


7.    Select " Florida Trip 2011" and select and enter requested information and select "continue"

8.    Select "check out and then "confirm order"

9.    The next screen will give you two options, if you are :

       (1) Paying by check, select "pay by check" and submit check to Blitz Treasurers: KimAndrews
        Sherron Lewis.

        (2) Pay using the credit/debit card option.

You will receive an e-mail receipt notifying you of your payment.
