We at the Community Athletic League are committed to the safety of our children and parents. Starting this season (Spring 2011) all board members, managers, coaches and umpires will be required to pass a criminal background check. This will be done on a bi-yearly basis based on the advice of other leagues and the local police departments. The league will be keeping track of when members are due for an updated background check and request one when needed. Any parent or volunteer assisting on our fields will be required to have a Babe Ruth coaching certificate along with a background check on file with the league.
