Season runs week nights June 1, 2012 - August 24, 2012
A division- Alternating Wed/Thurs at Tymor
B Division - Tuesdays at Stringham/ Wappingers fields
C Division- Thursdays at Stringham/ Wappingers fields
Games times: 6:30pm
Player Fee: $50
Late Fee: $10 late fee will be added to registration after June 1, 2012
Registration closes: June 18, 2012
Divisions offered: 11v11 Competitive, 7v7 Semi-Competitive, 7v7 Recreational
PLAYER PASSES:
New Players are not fully registered and will not recieve a pass unless you have submitted
1) Signed U.S. Club waiver (download on ehwsl.org home page)
2) Picture (emailed)
3) Payment online
***Waivers do not need to be resubmitted if you have had a US Club pass in the past****
Waivers can be faxed to 223-4512 or emailed to EHWSLINC@gmail.com.
Pictures MUST be emailed to ehwslinc@gmail.com
Note: Fall is our re -affiliation time of year.
All U.S.Club passes expire in August each year.
New passes will be issued for the Sept '10-Aug '11 year.
Passes for players participating in the Net tournament will be left in your teams folder in the Net office. Please ask your team captain to check for your pass.

CLAUSE: The organizers will have the right to move up or down any teams/players that have over-estimated or under-estimated their ability or to combine divisions where there may be insufficient entries on one particular category. The intention of the divisions is to ensure as much as possible that teams/players are evenly matched
