25th Freihofer's Kids' Run
The 25th annual Freihofer's Kids' Run will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the Empire State Plaza and Madison Ave in Albany, NY. The kids races will kick off at 11:00 a.m. on Madison Ave with the mile run for 9-13 year olds.
The 34th Annual Freihofer's Run for Women will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
Getting Help from Freihofer's Run for Women

To register, please use the orange LOGIN/REGISTER button at the top of this screen. The Freihofer's Run for Women 5km combines some of the top International and American women distance runners and over 4,000 women from the Capital Region and across the nation. From Olympians to recreational runner, it's a wonderful blend of competition, participation and camaraderie.
The Freihofer's Kids' Run is a series of free mini road races, ranging
in distance from 50m to 1 Mile. The Kids' Run is open to children
between 3 and 13 years of age.
No matter what your age, running is wonderful exercise and a lot fun. In order to introduce Capital Region youngsters to the joys and benefits of physical fitness, the Freihofer's Baking Company is once again proud to sponsor the Freihofer's Kids' Run. It's a great chance to meet other kids who share an interest in running. What a super way to have fun, and stay fit and healthy.
Onsite registration for the Freihofer's Kids' Run, will take place on Friday, June 1 from Noon - 7pm and Saturday, June 2nd, starting at 10:00am during the CapitalCare Health & Fitness Expo on the South Concourse of the Empire State Plaza in Albany.
The start and finish lines are located on Madison Avenue, between the Empire State Plaza and the New York State Museum in Albany, NY.
