Fall/Winter 2011-2012

INDOOR REGISTRATION
This is for teams which have players that may/may not register for Spring Travel and/or for teams that have players that will play for different teams in the Spring.

IT IS NOT FOR SPRING TRAVEL TEAMS THAT WILL ALSO PLAY INDOORS. USE SPRING 2011 for that.

The fee you pay is for CDYSL RecPlus registration in order to receive a Player's Pass.

A substantial Indoor Facility use fee will be extra. See your Coach about this!!

If you want a FUSC uniform there is an additional $50-55 cost.

Spring 2012

Register here for teams that will be playing CDYSL Travel Soccer Spring 2012. Also register here if your whole Spring Team will play indoor Winter 2011-12.

Your $70($75 for U19 teams) payment covers fees for registration through CDYSL, FUSC, referees and operating costs. If you need a uniform it will be an additional $50-$55

FOR TEAMS PLAYING INDOORS THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FACILITY USE FEE. See your Coach for that information

Using online registration simplifies the signup and payment process. Before sign-up begins, your child's coach will give you specific information with detailed instructions for signup and which will clearly identify the team you should sign your child up for. Please follow these directions carefully. ANY REGISTRATIONS MADE WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Our team names are always Fulton United Force. Since most of the time players on our teams are from one geographic area we will identify the teams as follows:

Force B=Broadalbin area

Force G=Gloversville area

Force J=Johnstown area

Force M=Mayfield area

Force C=A team that is a combination of areas

Spring Fees:

CDYSL/FUSC registration = $34

Referees/Operation Costs = $36

Uniform(if needed) $50 Youth Sizes; $55 Adult Sizes

Total with uniform $120 or $125 depending on uniform sizes

Total without uniform $70
