Thank you for visiting the Gardendale Youth Baseball Association online registration website.
If this is your first time using our Online Registration system, click the button above and then click the "Create An Account" button on the next page. Once you have your account, you will need to enter information about the children that you wish to register.
We also request that you enter information about your spouse (if applicable) within the system so we have all necessary contact information on file. To do this, once you have setup your account select the "Go To Account" button, then select the "Add Adults" link. From there all you need to do is fill in the required information and select "Save". Please note adding an Adult to the account can be done at the beginning of the process or before you complete the registration process. The Gardendale Baseball Youth Association encourages you to have all necessary adults associated with your account!
Once you have added the children in your account, you can register each child by clicking the "Register" button next to their name. The programs that they are eligible to register for will automatically display.
Once you have selected all the programs, you will start the checkout process which will allow you to enter details for each player and then make payment by credit card or check. If paying by check, you will be provided with an address for mailing your check. Check payments must be received on or before tryouts.
PLEASE NOTE: The account on this site can be a different account than the one you use for the Gardendale Youth Baseball web site.
UNIFORMS
Please note that uniform samples will be available throughout the registration period for you to double check the fit. By registering online, you accept the responsibility in the sizes you choose. There will be a $15.00 fee to exchange a uniform for any reason other than park error.
VOLUNTEERING/DONATING
All of the activities in the Gardendale Youth Baseball Association are run by volunteers and we very much appreciate your help in the upcoming season. As you register for each program you will have the opportunity to agree to volunteer and/or donate. Donations are completely voluntary and donation amounts are sport specific.
If you volunteer to help us run the sports programs, you will have a choice of "General" or "Coaching" volunteer opportunities. We will follow up with you by email to give you more information. If you select coaching, you will need to register as a coach during the registration process. Registering to be a Coach or Assistant Coach is free.
The Gardendale Youth Baseball Association is excited about providing this new service to our members and we hope you find this as a beneficial service as we move forward with future registrations!
