Registrations Open for the 2012 Season!!

Welcome to the Registration Page for Garfield Varsity Lacrosse. Please follow all instructions carefully as you set up your account.

When registering, please have player's Health Insurance information ready, i.e. name of Insurance Carrier and policy/group number.

All applicants are required to have a current membership with US Lacrosse. This year it is a requirement that all US Lax registrations be in force through June 30th, 2012. If you have a membership that expires before the season ends, you will not be allowed to participate.

Please have your membership number and expiration date ready. You can manage your membership by visiting US Lacrosse.
