GTRC is looking for your help! We need volunteers to help with the following.
One Call System: Help GTRC from the comfort of your home. We are looking for someone to manage and update our one-call system. This is a key communication tool for GTRC and our participants. All the work is done on-line and we only need a few hours a month to maintain the system.
Dance Chaperone Coordinator: We need someone coordinate and organize chaperons for the GTRC dances for the 2012/2013 school year. These dances typically have over 200 kids attend from the Greenwich and Bloomsbury 6th - 8th grades. We need a leader to plan and organize the 10 chaperons required for each dance. Please contact Linda Oswald ( theoswalds@verizon.net) to learn more and help out the kids in Greenwich Township.

Medical information and Sportsmanship agreement for all players and coaches will be processed on-line. Coaches’ application and the Mind Your Business (MYB) forms are online. Please read these carefully when registering.
NEW: Please provide GTRC a copy of your child’s birth certificate to keep on file for the duration of their active participation in GTRC. Mail a copy of the birth certificate to: GTRC President, 321 Greenwich St. Stewartsville, NJ 08886. If you have provided a copy for a previous sport, you do not have to do so again.
