Before registering your child a parent or guardian must set up an account by clicking on the big orange button above.

If you are new to the program or your email has changed: you must create a new account. Enter your email address and click create new account. A password will be mailed to you. Log in, fill in all information. We DO NOT need you to fill in your employer or insurance information. You can then register your child(ren) and make payments.
