Has registered at Mayfair Park previously AND
Can pay by Visa or Mastercard

Any player may register in person at Mayfair Park on February 18, February 25, or March 3 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. If you have not registered before, please be sure to bring a copy of your child's birth certificate.
