Registration Instructions for:
Coach Registration * Team Roster*Edit/Update Coach/Team Information
Four Steps to Complete A Registration
The instructions can be printed by Pressing the Ctl key + (A)=Selects information followed by Ctl (P) = Print

Step 1 of 4:Â Â Login/Create New User Login
- Enter email address and password (Login)
- New Users: Enter email address and create password. Enter all account holder’s information.(Coach or Organization) Click on “Go To Account†to set up team information.
Step 2 of 4: Â Enter Team Information
Tournament Registration – do not use “Add Children†for players or “Add Adults†for coaches)
1.   Click on “Add Teamsâ€Â Account holders can register multiple teams in their organization
2.   Enter team(s) name
3.   Click on “Register†to enter the tournament of your choice
4.   Enter all team information
5.   Read the consent form and agree to continue

Step 3 of 4: Â Build Roster/Update Roster
1.   Click on “New Helper†to add/update coaches.  Max. 2 coaches
2.   Click on “New Player†to add/update players to the roster. Min. 5 players; Max. 15 players.  (can make unlimited changes to the roster until the roster deadline date)
3.   To edit the roster: Login and click on “View Teamâ€

 Step 4 of 4: Proceed to Check Out
1.   This is where you pay your tournament entry fee with a credit card or debit card (VISA, or MasterCard). You can also pay by check (Mailing address provided at checkout). Once this process is completed, you will receive an email confirmation verifying your payment. Please save this email for your own records. Registration for the tournament is not guaranteed until registration is paid in full.

All information does not have to be entered to system at time of initial registration in order to check-out, register and confirm spot in tournament. Re-entry into system is available. This done by using your email address and the password used when you initially signed onto the system. You will be able to return to complete/change/add/delete roster information at any time.  Roster changes can be made until the deadline date. You will not be entered into the tournament or spot confirmed until registration is paid in full.
