Soccer Tournament

ELIGIBILITY
- Teams affiliated with the USYSA and/or USSF.
- Club Travel teams please, no Select or All Star teams will be accepted
- Premier teams accepted- must play up one age group
- Team rosters, medical releases and player passes will be required at the tournament registration.
- Up to two guest players will be permitted.
APPLICATION
- Entry fee for Boys and Girls U8-U12- $375 (4- 25 minute games)
- Entry fee for Boys and Girls U13-U19 $425 (3- 50 minute games)
- Registration must be done online https://lagrangesoccerclubtournament.sportssignup.com/
- Make checks payable to LaGrange Soccer League
- The deadline for application is June 1st 2012
- All selections are final and the tournament will be held, rain or shine.
- After notification of selection, the fee is nonrefundable

FORMAT AND SHOOT-OUT COMPETITION
- Teams will play a minimum of four games
- Player awards for 1st & 2nd place in each age group
- Three referee system for U13 & older, referee evaluations performed throughout the day by USSF certified assessors
- PLUS!!!!
- ***a SHOOT-OUT competition will be held in each age group and awards will be given to each member of the shoot-out winning team.
