LaGrange Soccer Registration
SIGN UP FOR 2012/2013 SOCCER YEAR WILL OPEN
MAY 1ST 2012
Please note: 2012-2013 Year starts in the Fall OF 2012.
The registration fees are as follows before June 15th:
U5-U10- $80.00 per child; U12-U19- $130.00
***After JUNE 15TH registrants will incur $15.00 late fee***
You will need a valid email address to register and receive information from the Club.
The LaGrange Soccer Program is offered to all children 4 years and older.
Children born between 8/1/07 and 7/31/08 are eligible to play for their first time in the U-5 division for the 2012/2013 soccer year. The program provides skills instruction for all age divisions. U5-U10 is a co-ed division.
The soccer years registration includes a Fall season (September to November)
AND the Spring season (April to June).
LaGrange Soccer Club offers several programs for various levels of play, please carefully select the correct programs link when registering as there are many choices

-Limited Distance Travel (U11-U18)
-NEW THIS YEAR: Travel Soccer Tryouts Pre-registration
please pre-register if you are interested in trying out for a LaGrange Travel team so that we can plan for enough staff and field space.

The LaGrange Soccer Club is now affiliated with USSF through NYCSL and US Club Soccer effective for the 2012-2013 Soccer year ALL players are required to submit a new Registration and Medical Authorization Form for US Club Soccer. Please download the form below and submit this form to your team coach at the first practice.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PARENT/GUARDIAN DUTIES FOR OUR INTRAMURAL AND TRAVEL PROGRAMS
LaGrange Soccer Club has a premier soccer facility at Stringham Park for your children and your support is essential to its success. As the parent or legal guardian, you will need to perform concession duties for at least three (3) hours per year. If you do not fulfill concession requirements, your children’s participation in LaGrange Soccer Club may be in jeopardy for the following year.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT:
Remember the five S's: Shirt, Shorts, Socks, Shoes, Shin guards
Goalkeeper's jersey is to be distinct from the remainder of team, referee, and assistants.
Soccer cleats: Sneakers are not recommended since they tend to be slippery and can cause foot injury on the grassy field.
Shin guards: Shin guards are mandatory for both practice and games. No exceptions. Soccer socks need to completely cover your child's shin guards during practice and games.
Soccer Ball: The different age divisions use the following size soccer balls:
U5 & U6 - size 3
U7 - U12 - size 4
U13 and up - size 5
