Getting Help from Lakewood Village Little League

IMPORTANT: Proof of residency and age are required at time of registration.

Please bring three (3) proofs of residence (such as utility bill, insurance bill, copy of driver’s license) and a certified copy of your child’s birth certificate. (The original will be returned to you.)

- Fundraising fees of $50 for Hit-a-Thon, $25 for pancake breakfast and a refundable $75 check for the snack shack labor deposit will be collected at tryouts.
- Uniform sizing will take place the day of tryouts.
- Tryouts are Saturday Jan 7th for 7-9yr olds, and Jan 14th for 10-12yr olds. Makeup day is Jan 15th.
- Once registered, you will be contacted to schedule a tryout date/time.
- Please put special requests in the 'comments' section (ie no majors for 10yr olds, prefer/avoid certain managers, etc).
- Waivers are possible if living outside boundaries

Documents will be verified at tryouts for online registrants.
