Lehi 9th Grade Freshman Football Program.
$300 If registered prior to June 1st.

Registration CLOSES on June 15, 2012 or when ever the grade is full, which ever is earlier.
Your registration includes: Jersey to keep, Liability Insurancy, League Fees, Referees, maintaining and/or replacing outdated/damaged equipment, fields, work out camps, and a criminal background check for all head coaches.
We will do everything possible to ensure your child is placed on a team. If we can not find QUALITY coaches, we can not guarantee placement of your child. If this happens, you will be notified and a refund will be given.
PAST DUE current season or past season not paid by 15 June, 2012, your child will not be placed on a team. If there is a wait-list for your grade, unpaid balances may result in adding your child to the wait-list and a player on the waitlist clearing and your child may not play.
Those on the Wait-list will not clear if there is a past due amount.
You will not be able to pick up your equipment and try out unless you are PAID IN FULL.

Tackle Football Program for Grades 1 - 8

First two Players: $198 Each
Three or More: $100 each for any more players than 2.
Example, child 1 pays $198, child 2 pays $198 and child 3 would pay $100, child 4 pays $100 and so on.

Welcome to the Lehi Youth Football Registration System
Registration for 2012 season will open March 15, 2012!!!!

HEAD COACHES:
If you are interested in being a head coach, please proceed to the registration area and register yourself under VOLUNTEER TO WORK WITH A TEAM.
You will need to fill out a brief questionnaire as well as print, sign, scan and email back the Coaches Code of Conduct to the email address identified in the registration area.
You will then be contacted for an interview. If selected to be a head coach after the interview process you will be required to submit to a criminal background check for the main purpose of identifying individuals who are legally obligated to refrain from interacting with children.
ATTENTION Volunteers: If you are interested in volunteering as an assistant coach or team mom, please work with your child's head coach to let them know that you are willing to help out. LYF allows head coaches some discretion in who they allow to be part of their staff.

Refund Policy
Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Lehi Youth Football not Sports Signup.
Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
- If the LYF District is unable to field a team in a particular division (i.e. 3rd grade), a full refund will be given to everyone signed up for that division.
- If the LYF District is unable to meet minimum requirements for fielding two or more teams, i.e. not enough coaches, not enough players a full refund will be given to everyone that was not placed on a team. (team placement is determined by registration date)
- If a player drops prior to the registration deadline of June 30, 2012, a full refund less a $10 processing fee will be given. Late fees are non-refundable.
- If a player drops after the registration deadline (June 30, 2012) but before August 1st, a refund of half will be given. If a player drops on/after August 1st, no refund will be given.
- Late fees and a $10 processing fee are not refundable.
In all circumstances, any equipment issued to a player must be returned before any refund will be processed.
