Welcome to the Lunenburg Bengals! We are very excited about the upcoming season. We are pleased to announce that we are having online registrations. The website will walk you right through it. You will need to print out the necessary forms. These forms need to be completely filled out and returned on equipment day. Equipment and uniforms will not be issued to a player or cheerleader unless ALL documents and payment are submitted. This year there will be no bag and tag. So please get your paperwork in! Payment is due in full by equipment day.

Along with the necessary forms, the following documents are needed:

An Original Birth Certificate (not needed if you played last year as a 2nd grader and above or for flag football)
An End of the year report card (not Needed for Kindergarten level)

Please note: In regards to the Medical Clearance form, it must be dated after January 1st of the current season. If your child has had a physical in the past 12 months but not dated after January 1st of the current season, then you will need to have your child's physician sign the form. Your child does not need to have a new physical. If the form is not dated for the current season, the league will not accept it and your child will not be certified to play or cheer.
