On-line Registration

Thank you for using on-line registration to register for Madison City Volleyball! Click on the "Login/Register" button above to create an account if you are new to MCV or to log in if you are returning! You'll enter basic parent/guardian information to create the account. Next, you will follow the prompts to ADD your children so you can register them and/or Register yourself to be a coach or assistant coach. Registering only takes a few minutes and you may even pay securely by credit card (MasterCard or Visa)!

This recreational volleyball league is for youth ages 8-16 determined as of September 1st of the current year. The league will consist of 10 and under, 12 and under, 14 and under and 16 and under divisions. The cost is $100 through July 14th. Add a $10 late fee after July 14th. Evaluations will be held July 21st. Practices will tentatively begin July 30th. Games start on August 18th and the tournament is September 29th.
