Registration Instructions:
Only players who have been offered a spot on an MSC team for the fall '11/spring '12 season should register on line.

Instructions
At the top of this page click “login/register.”
STEP 1: If you already have a family account log onto it You may see a prompt to update certain information. Please complete this as fully as possible. Especially make sure your emails and phone numbers are up to date. If you do not yet have a family account with the Manhattan Soccer Club you will have to create one.
STEP 2: Once you have logged into or created your family account you can add the child you want to register.
STEP 3: Click "register" to the left of the name of the first child you are registering. After you click register, you will see a list of those registration options currently open to your child. Click "register to play" under the heading for Fall 2010-Spring 2011. Select your child's division from the drop down menu (only the division for which your child is eligible should appear). Then click continue.
STEP 4: The next page describes the terms of registration with MSC. Check the box at the top of the page to agree. Then click "check out." You will see a summary of your registration. If there are errors, use your back button to correct them. If not, click "continue" and then click "confirm order." You will be asked to pay the club's registration fee or to complete information about requesting a waiver.
You must click "confirm order" to complete the process. If you do this properly, you will receive an email receipt confirming your child's on-line registration for tryouts. If you do not receive an email log back into the account you created and check that you completed the process and check out. Please DO NOT create a duplicate account.
Please fill out, sign and have notarized two ORIGINAL MSC medical forms, attach copies of your insurance card to each and give the forms to your team manager. The team manager may request additional information.
