- Credit or Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard)
NOTE: A copy of the player's birth certificate is mandatory. This document will be requested at a future date so the organization can verify the age indicated during registration.
If an adult in your family is interested in being a Coach or a Team Manager, they need to register. After you create your family account, choose to add the adult and then choose to register them. Elect the appropriate area of interest and follow the instructions. Please note, there is no fee associated with registering an adult.
