Spring 2010 Junior Flag Football
Junior Flag Football is open to players who are at least 4 years old by March 15, 2010 and players who are currently in Kindergarten for the 2009/2010 School Year.
This program is an excellent opportunity to introduce the sport of football at an early age. While participation and fundamentals are stressed and taught, score is kept, and a champion is crowned.
Teams will practice one time per week, location and day up to the head coach, and games will be played on Sunday Afternoons at Brown Road Park in St. Peters.
Spring 2010 NFL Flag Football
Be part of the largest NFL Flag program in the country. In 2009, there were over 700 kids on 60+ teams.! NFL Flag Football is an exciting, action packed, high scoring 5 on 5 version of Football. NFL Flag Football is open to players currently in the First Grade through High School. New for 2010, there are Competitive and Recreational divisons at all age groups above first grade. A reversible NFL team uniform is provided to each participant. You will be responsible for obtaining a mouthpiece (we sell them or get one from your local sporting goods store) and cleats (no metal).
There are 8 games in the Spring Session. Games are played on Sunday afternoons. Saturdays and Sunday mornings are used in the event of a rainout or rescheduling. All games are played in old town St. Peters, convienently located at I-70 & Mid Rivers Mall Drive in Brown Road Park.
Practices times, dates, and locations are set by the individual coach. Teams practice once per week. If you have a preference for which coach you want to play for, please indicate it in the Comments section of your registration or choose from the drop down (if your coach is listed)

2010 Mid Rivers First Year Player Camp
The annual Mid Rivers Football Training Camp. Open to all players who are signed up to play football at Mid Rivers (Fall 2010 Tackle or Spring 2010 Flag) who have played one year or less of tackle football. The camp will be held indoors on field turf, with Air Conditioning, at the Football Factory USA in St. Peters. Football Factory's Professional Trainers will teach fundamentals, speed, and conditioning. Signing Up Before July 1st ensures camper will receive Shirt and Shorts. This will be a three day camp held on Tuesday July 27th through Thursday July 29th from 6:30-8:30.

The annual Mid Rivers Football Training Camp. Open to all players who are signed up to play football at Mid Rivers (Fall 2010 Tackle or Spring 2010 Flag). The camp will be held indoors on field turf, with Air Conditioning, at the Football Factory USA in St. Peters. Football Factory's Professional Trainers will teach fundamentals, speed, and conditioning. Signing Up Before July 1st ensures camper will receive Shirt and Shorts. For Ages 8-10- Camp will be held 6:30-8:30pm on Tuesday July 7, Wendesday July 8, and Thursday July 9.

Fall 2010 Tackle Football
The cost of tackle football is: second Grade- FREE; Third Grade- $75; Fourth Grade & Above- $175. NOTE- All Registrations are charged a $5 Administration Fee by our online registration company. Unlike previous years, there is no longer a mandatory raffle fee.
Fall Tackle Football is open to players who are entering 2nd Grade through 8th Grade in Fall 2010, that do not turn 15 prior to 1/1/2011. We encourage First Graders to play Fall Junior Flag Football, so that they can learn the sport in a non-contact environment, but First Graders can play up on a 2nd Grade Team.
Fall Tackle Football begins August 1st and continues through Thanksgiving weekend. Teams will play in the Gateway Football League. Tackle Football is a competitive sport, but is open to all new players. It is encouraged that all first year players players also enroll in both the Summer Camp and the First Year Player Camp.
Teams will practice three nights per week beginning August 1st. A majority of games will be played on Sundays (both mornings and afternoons) though teams might periodically have a Saturday game.
You will be responsible for getting a practice jersey, slotted practice pants, a mouthpiece, and cleats. The jersey, pants, and mouthpieces can be purchased from Mid Rivers or any sporting good store.
All players receive a game jersey that is theirs to keep. Players signing up prior to May 25th receive a uniform with their name and number personalized. Players signing up after May 25th will be assigned a jersey (it will not have the name on back).
