Minisink Valley Little League Registration 2012
(For boys and Girls ages 6-16)
Little League Baseball age is determined by their age on April 30th 2012.
Little League Softball age is determined by their age on December 31st 2011
T-ball is considered baseball so the age is determined by the April 30th 2012 date.
Any girls that are first time T-Ball players you will register under the baseball program not softball.
COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL REGISTRANTS (If we have your birth certificate on file from last year there is no need to bring a new one) If you are registering a child for the first time it must be done in person. A new registrant to our league cannot be done Online.
REGISTRATION FEES: $120.00 Per player, plus a $25 late fee after October 17th.
REFUNDS: Once a child has been placed on a team there will be no refunds of registration fees.
A $30.00 Service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
Registration is on a first come first serve basis. When teams are full players will be placed on a waiting list.
Parents wishing to volunteer as a Manager, Coach or Team Parent must register on line for these positions. If you choose to volunteer in any capacity you must still fill out the appropriate volunteer forms as well. These forms may be printed from the Minisink Valley Little League web site. Once these forms are filled out please mail them to Minisink Valley Little League P.O. Box 283 Slate Hill, NY 10973. Coaching is a one year appointment and all applicants have to be approved by the Minisink Valley Little League Board of Directors.
PLAYER EVALUATIONS will be held on October 22nd at the VFW fields.

12:15PM 9&10 Boys Division All 9 year olds & new 10 year olds VFW 2
1:15PM Jr/Sr Boys Division All 13 & 15 year olds & new 14 & 16 year olds VFW 1
When registering online you will need to provide us with your childs uniform sizes. Please refer to the sizes below to help you with this.
**********Please be aware that girls playing T-Ball will be wearing a full baseball uniform. You will need to provide us with sizes from the boys uniform chart.
Please be sure to write down the sizes needed as it may be difficult to return to this page as you get further in to the registration process.
