The MySportsStore Spiritwear Sweepstakes runs from 9:00:01 AM January 7, 2010 and concludes at 11:59:59 PM on March 8, 2010. Eligibility is limited. See restrictions below. The sponsor of this sweepstakes is League Sports Services LLC (“LSS”) d.b.a. SportsSignup, and the prize provider is Eastbay, Inc.
TO ENTER:
No Purchase Necessary. Void where prohibited. Restrictions apply. The Sponsor: League Sports Services LLC. To enter, contestants must complete an entry ballot in-person, or electronically. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM p.m. on March 8, 2010. LSS is not responsible for late, illegible or incomplete entries. Entries that do not include the name of an active sports organization in the United States will be deemed ineligible. Information provided on the entry form will be used by LSS in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we will not share your information with any third-party. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected by random drawing of all timely, eligible entries received. The drawing will be held on March 9, 2010 or at a reasonable time thereafter. Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone using the contact information by which they entered the contest. If LSS is unable to speak directly to the winning party within three (3) business days of the time notification is first attempted, that person will forfeit all right to the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
PRIZE(S):
(1) Grand Prize winner - will receive a $1,000 credit towards the wholesale cost of customized spiritwear merchandise for use by the sports organization listed on the entry ballot. The merchandise must be sold through the MySportsStore – Powered by Eastbay software as described at www.MySportsStore.com. The winning organization is responsible for any applicable taxes and credit card processing fees associated with delivering the service to its members. Retail prices for merchandise are set exclusively by the winning organization. The winning organization will be exempt from LSS merchandise transaction fees for a period of six (6) months after the service is activated. The winning organization must initiate activation of the service within six (6) months of being notified of winning, or the prize will be forfeited.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
The winner must be 18 years of age or older and be a legal resident of the United States of America at the time of the contest. The winner must also be associated with, and have listed on their ballot, a valid sports organization to claim the prize. A valid sports organization is defined as any sports organization that has a live website and contains at least one (1) member.
