Nevada Youth Athletics has a NO REFUND POLICY. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
ALL DOCUMENTS LISTED BELOW MUST BE PRESENT TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION:
- Players middle school ID/ current report card (middle school only)
- Player present for photo ID
- Players original birth certificate
- Copy of parent / legal guardian driver license or state issued identification
- 2011 Sports Physical
- Full payment for Football $150 and full payment for Cheerleaders $60
- Purchase of AAU for player and cheerleader insurance
