MAY 25^th thru MAY 29^th, 2011 (Friday 27^th and Monday 30^th will be rain dates)

You are guaranteed 3 games, you will play Wednesday or Thursday and a doubleheader on Saturday.

If you win your flight or you are the wildcard team you will play on Sunday in the playoffs.

Games balls, all umpires, awards, are included in entry fee, fields will be relined each game if time allows.

COST:

$275.00 per team. Your spot in tournament is reserved on payment. First paid, first reserved.

INSURANCE:

Each team must provide its own insurance.

AWARDS:

Trophies or T-Shirts will be given to the 1^st and 2^nd place teams.

FLIGHT DRAW:

Tournament draw for bracket pairings and rule interpretation meeting will be held at Patterson Sports Complex SUNDAY MAY 15^th 2011. “H” League at 5:30pm / “G” League at 6:15pm / “F” League at 7:00pm

RULES:

Only Hot Stove Regular Roster Teams, and you must submit your Hot Stove Roster. All playing rules will follow the Hot Stove Book. Pitching rules will follow the book, innings per day and per sixty hours. Games shall be 7 innings. An official game shall be declared after a team is leading by 10 runs or darkness after 4 ½ innings for the home team and after 5 innings for the visiting team. (We will make an attempt to complete games, weather permitting).

Online Registration Information

Since this system is new, please read the following to help make your registration process go smoothly. All registration needs to be done through this system. If you have any questions regarding your registration please send and email to the registrar.

1. All team managers will be required to create an account the first time logging into our tournament system. Please fill in all required information. We need to be able to contact you via email as well as by phone. (alternate contact information such as phone numbers and emails can be added in the comments section).

Please DO NOT add COACHES OR PLAYERS on the Editing Rosters page. You must submit your OHSBL regular season roster (preferably by email) to Chris Ludle prior to registration closing in May of 2011.

2. After the account is created this registration system will be used to register and make payments for any of the available programs. Through the registration system you will have access to all account information, including payments due, payments received, due dates, outstanding balances, etc.

3. Each division has a limited number of spots available so register early as the spots do fill quickly. Once the divisions have filled all other applicants will be placed on a waiting list. No payment is required while on the waiting list.

4. North Akron Baseball Association accepts Visa/MasterCard, Debit Cards, or check by mail.

5. If you have multiple teams, please register them all at the same time. To do this after completing one registration click the continue shopping button to register another team.

6. The entire registration process occurs over a secure server using the highest security currently available.
