This program is for boys from 3rd grade to 8th grade. This program provides a mix of instructional and game experience. Practice begins mid April and teams will be organized 3rd & 4th graders, 5th & 6th graders and 7th & 8th graders. Teams play 8 - 10 games during the week and weekends from mid-May to mid-June, at either the Capitals home field or at the home field of one of the participating teams. Game schedules will be available around May 1.
Equipment: Full equipment is required. At a minimum, players must provide their own sticks and mouth guards. A limited amount of equipment is available for rent, on a first come, first serve basis starting the first night of practice.

This program is for girls in 2nd grade - 6th grade. This program is open to all girls regardless of prior experience, and will emphasize stick skills, learning the game, and an introduction to competitive play. The teams will be divided by grade. 5th & 6th and 2nd - 4th. Both a weekday and weekend commitment is required. There will be at least one practice during the week and either a game or practice on weekends. There will also be one (1) or two (2) Travel Tournaments (within a 2hr radius)on Saturdays. The majority of games will be in the Capital District. A stick, mouth guard, and protective eye wear are required. The 2nd - 4th grade team will play Wednesday and Saturday. The 5th - 6th grade team will play Tuesday and Saturday.
Equipment: A stick, mouth guard and protective eyewear are required.

This is a Co-Ed program for children in Kindergarten thru 2nd grade who have little or no lacrosse experience. The program will meet twice a week, on weekdays only, starting about the middle of April and running until the middle of June. The program will emphasize stick skills and provide an introduction to the game of lacrosse. There will be no contact or checking allowed.
Equipment: A stick and mouth guard are required.
