Welcome to the online registration page for the Old Saratoga Athletic Association's baseball and softball recreational programs.
This site can be used to register children to play in the softball or baseball program, and to register yourself or another adult to volunteer as a manager or assistant coach in the softball or baseball programs.
Please take a moment to review all of your contact information to be sure that it is up to date and correct. It is particularly important to be sure that your e-mail address is correct as most of our announcements are sent by e-mail. You can add more than one e-mail address to the contact information on your account.
The league ages are as follows: Boys ages are determined as of April 30, 2012 or by appropriate grade level. Girl's ages are determined as of January 1, 2012 or by appropriate grade level.
The registration cost per player is $55 for baseball and $50 for softball. Each baseball player will be provided with a hat, jersey, and gray baseball pants. Black socks are required but are not included. For softball players, we will provide is a visor, shirt and socks. Black pants or shorts are required and are not included in the uniform that is issued. Pants/shorts can be obtained from any local store or on the Internet.
In addition to the registration fees, each family will be required to participate in a fundraiser. We will be selling Hoffman Car Wash tickets this year. Each child is required to sell five $9 tickets. Each ticket is good for one exterior car wash at Hoffman Car Wash. You can chose to
donate $20 instead of purchasing the car wash tickets.
Additional costs will apply to those who participate on All Star or Travel teams. Further information will be available on the OSAA website www.osaacolts.org
It is not uncommon for 12U and 10U softball teams to have some scheduled games with other local community recreational teams. This is due to the fact that there may only be 2 or 3 teams at those levels. As a result, some travel to local communities is required for some games.
