Volunteer Coaches Needed!!
Penn Manor Soccer Club is a family-oriented, volunteer-based program that relies on your support to make each season successful. Please strongly consider joining the fun as a volunteer coach! Enthusiasm for working with children in a positive manner is the primary qualification. Please indicate your willingness to volunteer by registering yourself through the sports sign up as a coach or assistant coach.
REGISTER NOW FOR FALL 2012 SEASON
Fall 2012 Registrations will be accepted until July 15th. After July 15th players will only be accepted to fill out team rosters as needed with age group coordinator approval. Any registration submitted after July 15thmust be submitted on line and will be subject to a $25 late fee. Late registrations must include late fee for your child to be eligible to be placed on a team. NOTE: Preschool and Kindergarten programs are exempt from late fees.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. Registration Fees:
- Preschool/Kindergarten: $35 per player
- Grade 1-2: $55 per player
- Grade 3-6th: $75 per player
- Grade 7- U19: $85 per player
- Maximum: $175 per family - only applicable for those registered prior to July 15, 2012
2. Late Registration: Registrations will be accepted until July 15, 2012. Late registrations (after December 31st) will only be accepted to fill out team rosters as needed with age group coordinator approval. Late registrations will be subject to a $25 late fee. Late registrations must include late fee for your child to be eligible to be placed on a team. NOTE- Preschool and Kindergarten programs are exempt from late fees.
3. There will be a $20.00 fee for all checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
4. Refund Policy: Your receipt of payment is your child’s commitment to play in the PMSC program.
- Refunds will only be given prior to the start of the season if your child:
- 1) moves out of the school district
- 2) presents a physician’s excuse that he/she is unable to participate
- 3) participates in a school team and is not permitted to participate in other sport activities or
- 4) other documented circumstance approved by the PMSC board
- NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE FIRST GAME!
- Refund requests must be made in writing to the PMSC Board via e-mail or by mail. The request should include the amount requested, the name of the player as well as the parent’s name and address for payment. Refund requests sent by mail will be considered received as of the postmark date.
3. Practice Times/Days/Locations:
- Preschool and Kindergarten: Saturday mornings
- Grade 1-U19: practice times/nights/field locations are determined AFTER the teams are set up
- Grades 1-2 practice 1 night a week
- Grades 3-U19 practice 2 nights a week.
4. Game Times/Days/Locations:
- Preschool and Kindergarten: Saturday mornings
- Grade 1-U19: games are scheduled according to field availability
- Grades 1-2: Games are on Saturdays
- Grades 3-U19: Boys play Saturdays through the LBYSA league; Girls play Sunday afternoon beginning at 1:30 PM or later) through LAGS; Travel within Lancaster County
5. Travel/Premier players are not permitted to play on intramural teams.
6. All players are placed on teams based on space available as of the date registration/money is received at PMSC. If a team is closed due to full roster, registrations will be placed on a waiting list. Refunds will be issued if there are not enough players to field a team.
