2009 MLK WEEKEND TOURNAMENT
Plainedge Soccer Club 10th Annual MLK WEEKEND Intramural Tournament.
Registration closes in 6 days
The Plainedge Soccer Club will hold its annual "Martin Luther King Weekend" Indoor Tournament on
Saturday, Sunday and Monday January, 17th, 18th and 19th, 2009.
The Tournament is open to both boys and girls in the U7, U8 and U9 age groups.
This is a ONE DAY tournament with all teams finishing play within 3:00 – 4:00 hours.
Girls & Boys under 7 play on Saturday Jan 17th.
Girls & Boys under 8 play on Sunday Jan 18th.
Girls & Boys U9 Play on Monday Jan 19th.
All teams will play Five – 12 minute games. Teams play 6 a side including goalies. Roster limit is 12.
You do not need a final roster until the day of the tournament. This is NOT a patch exchange tournament.
Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishes, all others will get Medals.
Tournament fee is $235.00.
We employ a 2-referee system and play on a full size indoor gym.
No pre-tournament coaches meeting. Birth Certificates and Medical Releases will be checked at the tournament.
All games will be played at Plainedge High School. Cafeteria will be open.
