Registration Management

With SportsSignup, most of your families can register themselves on the web and pay by credit card! It's so much easier.

Email is a cost effective and immediate way to contact your members.  SportsSignup lets you email whoever you want to reach -- families who registered last season, those who haven't yet registered for this season, people who have registered but haven't paid, and so on.

The SportsSignup System:

  • Automatically emails registration confirmations, payment receipts and refunds
  • Emails forgotten passwords
  • Allows Coaches to email their teams
  • Allows Division Coordinators to email their coaches
  • Allows administrators to send an email with your content (schedules, news, game cancellations, important dates, sponsor solicitation, etc. ) to any group or sub-group of registrants

Online Reporting

SportsSignup has a centralized database. When a family or individual registers, their data is immediately reflected in a report for your authorized administrators. You can authorize various groups to run different reports - so coaches, league coordinators and others have instant access to information they need.

A central database means:

  • Information can be accessed by any person you authorize, anywhere
  • No need to shuffle papers around to various people - reports have all the information anyone needs.
