Online Registration Information
CAPTAINS NOTE SPRING 2011: CAPTAINS NO LONGER NEED TO REGISTER SEPARATELY AS A PLAYER! THE REGISTRATION INFO FOR CAPTAINS IS NOW UNDER THE COACHES/HELPERS SECTION.
Since this system is new, please read the following to help make your registration process go smoothly. All registration needs to be done through this system. If you have any questions regarding your registration please send and email to the registrar.
1. All players will be required to create an account the first time logging into our system. You can register another player (example: husband and wife) by using the add adult option (alternate contact information such as phone numbers and emails can be added when another adult is added to the account).
2. After the account is created this registration system will be used to register and make payments for any of the available programs. Through the registration system you will have access to all account information, including payments due, payments received, due dates, outstanding balances, etc...
3. Red Stick Area Kickball accepts Visa/MasterCard, Debit Cards, or check by mail.
4. Captains should register as a Coach/Helper and select YES for the "Are you a team captain?" question. NOTE: Captains are no longer required to pay the full team registration fee. The new lower $25 team registration fee includes 1 new regulation kickball and a captain editable team website. The other $45 is a refundable deposit that captains will get back provided their team doesn't need to purchase extra balls and makes their ref assignments. (e.g. if the team needs to buy an extra ball that would be $10 off the deposit, etc...)
5. If you chose to register multiple players, please register them all at the same time. To do this after completing one registration click the continue shopping button to register another player. If you are a captain and you want to pay for your entire team up front you can either click "Add Adult" and register each of them individually or you can email scott@brkickball.com with an excel spreadsheet with name, contact info, birthday, and gender of each player. If you choose this method you can remit payment via check.
6. The entire registration process occurs over a secure server using the highest security currently available.
