LATE REGISTRATION PERIOD IS NOW CLOSED. ALL NOTIFICATIONS TO THOSE CLEARED OFF THE WAITLIST WILL BE COMMUNICATED BEFORE OCTOBER 24.

ALL LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ASSESSED A $15 LATE FEE. LASTLY, LATE REGISTRATION IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR OUR REC LEAGUE ONLY. REGISTRATION FOR TRAVEL TEAM BASKETBALL HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR THIS SEASON.

Welcome to the online registration system for Spring Ford Youth Basketball. We hope that you find this site informative and easy to navigate.

We are excited that you have chosen Spring Ford basketball as a place where your child will grow, compete and learn the game of basketball. Our organization is committed to providing quality instruction that meets the needs of our diverse membership. Last season we served nearly 1,250 boys and girls in grades 1-12, and hope to be able to continue to serve that many in the future. As our association continues to grow, we are forever searching for new ways to improve our league, and your opinions are always welcome. Be on the lookout in the coming weeks for announcements regarding general membership meetings, as well as dates for travel try-outs and Rec League evaluations (grades 3-12 only). We hope that you can join us at our general meetings, and together we can look for ways to evolve our league for the better.

A couple of notes regarding our new system:

Upon clicking on the link above you (parent) will need to create a SportsSignup account if you do not already have one. Upon registering yourself, you will then need a to your child/children who will be participating in this session.
Based upon the age/grade information that you submit, the system will automatically provide you with the divisions that are available to your child. Please select only one division per player.
If your son/daughter is interested in trying-out for a travel team, please register them for them for the respective “Travel Team” Division in the system. If, following try-outs, they are not selected for the team, or if there are not enough players to field a team in their age group, they will automatically be registered for the appropriate Rec League team. If a player is selected for a travel team, additional fees (TBD) will apply.
Travel team eligibility is determined by a players current grade and age as of August 1, and all travel players must live within our designated boundaries (SF school district)
Travel try-outs for all teams will occur during the week of October 10 and/or the 17th. Specific dates and times can be found at the league website www.SFYALHoops.org
We strongly encourage you to register both parents under the "Register Adult" tab so that we have all necessary contact information.
All parents wanting to coach will need to register themselves (as well as their children) on the website. Part of the registration process includes a criminal background check. This background check is strictly confidential and required by our insurance carrier and standard practice for all youth school/sports involvement. There is a $10 annual fee for this background check.

League fees:
- Boys & Girls Rec league - $100/player

- $5 discount for each additional child per family
- $275 Max family registration fee**

Travel fees:

- Estimated to be $250-275/per player (not subject to max family $ limit)
