*All players must reside inside of the South Lake Charles Little Leauge boundaries. Proof of residence is required for all new players before registration can be completed. All returning players must provide proof of residence upon request. Change of address must be verified before registration can be accepted.

*All Little League volunteers will be required to complete and submit a Little League Volunteer Application for the 2012 season VolunteerApp2012.pdf. Completion of this form is mandated by Little League Baseball, Incorportated and will be conducted annually.
