First-time registrants will need to mail a copy of the child's Birth Certificate and proof of residence (i.e. Utility Bill) to:

Please have the following information ready before you begin:

Your contact information (email, address, phone #'s , etc.)
Your child's Medical Conditions or Allergies (if any)
Information for a designated Emergency Contact
Your child's shirt size
Your payment method (MasterCard, Visa, Debit Card, Check are all acceptable)

Note: If you are paying by Debit card, select the Visa/MasterCard option on the Payment page. Inside the page you will be able to select Debit as your payment type.
