The multiple registration discount is only applied to multiple registrations in the SAME order; if a second child/player is registered separately, appearing on a separate order, the discount will not be applied. To receive the Multi-Registration discount, include all registrations in a single order. This can be done by clicking 'Register Another Person' before checking out.
