For The 2011-2012 Soccer Year
Registration Process
All players must register for the 2011-2012 Soccer Year (registration for the Tryout-Placement Evaluation was only for that process).
- Login to your account (create an account if this is your first time)
- Register the player for their Age Division
- players will be assigned to specific teams by the SWSC Coaches/Club
- Pay the Club Fee (see below)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
The Club Fee is paid directly to the Club Registrar:
- paid on line by credit card or by mailing a check,
- paid all at the time of registration or in 4 installments
Please keep in mind that the Club Fees are NOT THE TEAM FEES that are collected by the team managers. All Club Fees will be collected directly by the Club. Any and all TEAM FEES will be collected by the Team Manager.
The Club Fees this year will be as follows:
- U10 Players
- Full Year (10/1/11-8/1/12) - $500.00
- Spring Only (After 4/1/2012) - $275.00
- U12 and up
- Full Year (10/1/2011 - 8/1/2012) - $625.00
- Spring Only (After 4/1/2012) - $275.00
THE INITIAL CLUB FEE PAYMENT OF $250 IS DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. U10 and up (With three remaining payments due Nov 20th, Jan 20th, March 20th.)ONLY the initial payment of $250 (if paying by check) along with medical release form will be given to team manager so that they may give to Club Registrar as a team. PLAYER PHOTOS FOR PASSES ARE NOW BEING UPLOADED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A PHOTO ON THEIR PLAYER PASS.
The Club Fees include
- All CDYSL and ENYYSA registration fees
- Outdoor Fall practices
- 22 Indoor practice sessions at the Club's Malta Facility (Charbonneau)
- Outdoor Spring practices
- Participation in the Club's Annual May Day Classic Tournament
- All CDYSL Spring 2012 League Play Fees
- Funds required to run the Club and it's facilities (Daniels Road/Charbonneau) including heat,electric, ground maintenance, lining fields, equipment such as goals, nets.
The Club Fees does NOT include:
- A Club Uniform
- All new players must get a new Club Uniform.
- Players with last years uniform may not need a new one. (Player moving up an age Division or a team level that have the same number as a returning player will need a new uniforms - please discuss this with your coach and/or team manager.) But may at their discretion purchase a new uniform or piece of a uniform if they wish.
- Purchasing new uniforms will be online from an outside vendor - specific information will be provided later
- Any Indoor League Game Play Fee (At Sportsplex, Adirondack Dome, etc)
- Any ADDITIONAL indoor practice fees (in addition to the initial 22 stated above) a coach may wish to have.
- Any indoor or outdoor Tournament Fees (other than May Day)
- Any coach and/or training fees
- Additional cost for other activities a team may wish to participate in.
