Registrations for our Fall 2012 Football Season will be open from

January 1, 2012-June 1, 2012.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BEGINNING REGISTRATION

If you are registering a child to play for the Shadow Creek Titans, please register both parents by adding an Adult once in your account.

Registration fees and cost are as follows:

Flag Division(5-6 years old)-$175

Tackle Division(7-12 years old)-$220

Cheer(5-12)-$175

2012 Fundraiser Raffle-$100

Sibling Discount(each additional child)-(-$25)

Concessions Buyout(optional)-$50

IMPORTANT NOTICE

There is a LATE FEE of $25 for all registrations received after June 1, 2012.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be requested up until July 1, 2012.

Refunds may take up to 30 days from time of request.

After July 1, 2012, there will be no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
