FOOTBALL REGISTRATION--DEADLINE JULY 25, 2010*
The current registration fee is $175.00 + $75.00 Volunteer deposit
Mandatory Fundraiser - $65 Football Camp or selling Discount Cards
The registration fee above is non-refundable. Each player making a team will be issued a uniform and all equipment (except cleats and socks), and will be given a keepsake jersey, trophy, and portrait package.
- All football registrants must provide a copy of their birth certificate.
- All football registrants must provide a physician-signed Medical Clearance Form, dated after 1/1/10.
- All Midget football registrants must bring a copy of their current report card for age verification purposes.
- Football registrants must be between the ages of 6 and 14 as of 8/1/2010.
- Players are placed on teams based on age, weight, and experience level. Final placement is determined by the SJH football coaching staff.
Football Cuts and Refunds:
The registration fees are non-refundable. If a player is not placed on a final roster a full refund will be given. It is imperative that your child attend each practice during the first two-week tryout period.
Youth sports organization must conduct fundraising activities in order to successfully equip, maintain, fund, and administer to their organization. Each player will agree to fully participate in all fundraising activities and meet/exceed the minimum obligation as set forth by the SJH board of directors.

CHEERLEADING REGISTRATION - DEADLINE 5/15/10*
The registration fee is $100.00 + $75.00 Volunteer deposit
Mandatory Fundraising - Summer Competitive Cheer Camp or selling Discount Cards
The registration fee does not include uniform or camp costs. Each cheerleader will receive a clinic T-shirt, trophy, and portrait package.
- All cheer registrants must provide a copy of their birth certificate.
- All cheer registrants must provide a physician-signed Medical Clearance Form, dated after 1/1/10.
- Cheer registrants must be between the ages of 5 and 14 as of 8/1/2010.
- Cheerleaders are placed on squads based on age and experience level. Final placement is determined by the cheerleading coaching staff.
Cheerleading Refunds:
Registration fees are non-refundable. It is imperative that your child attend each practice of the tryout period. Any uniform costs, cheer camp costs, or any other related costs ordered on your child's behalf will also be your financial responsibility.
