First Time Registrants

Proofs of residency can be a utility bill, auto registration or driver's license, as long as it has your current South Kingstown address on it.
Registrant Address Change
If you have had a change of address since last registering with SKLL, you must present a new proof of residence at the walk in registration in January.
Division Selection
Although it is within the discretion of SKLL to place children in the proper division, we still ask that you check the category/division that you feel best fits your child's age and skill level.
Financial Aid
It is the policy of SKLL not to exclude participation because of financial reasons. If you should need assistance, please call SKLL at 782-3410.
Volunteers
If you are considering volunteering as a coach, manager, concession helper, or anything that puts you in direct contact with the children, you must fill out a volunteer application and submit it to SKLL along with a copy of your driver's license. Please mail them to SKLL, P.O. Box 388 Wakefield, RI 02880. You will not be permitted to help on the field unless we have these documents on file.
Medical Release Form
Please complete, print and sign a Medical Release Form for each child registered. This form is to be turned into your Team Manager at the first practice.
