Level Grade for the 2012/2013 School Year

Flag Football & Cheer (K & 1st Grade, can't turn 8 before 12/31)

Knee High Tackle & Cheer (2nd & 3rd Grade, can't turn 10 before 12/31)

Mites Tackle & Cheer (4th & 5th Grade, can't turn 12 before 12/31)

Midget Tackle & Cheer (6th & 7th Grade, can't turn 14 before 12/31)

Read of all the following information before proceeding forward:

Participants must live within the Spring-Ford School District.
Before registering your child please make sure you setup an account for both parents if new to the system.
Do not proceed to check-out until you register all siblings so appropiate discounts can be applied.
Enter your child's Grade for the 2012/2013 School Year
Midget players are allowed to play for both the 7th Grade School Team and Spring Ford Youth Football
A refundable security deposit of $100.00 is required for tackle equipment and cheer uniforms due when picked up.
Flag football (only) requires no travel.
Registration deadline is August 5th, 2012, or until all spots are filled. Register early to reserve your spot!
Make checks payable to “Spring-Ford Youth Football" or "SFYFB”. A $25 charge will be applied for any transaction with insufficient funds.

No refunds for any reason will be issued after August 10, 2012.
