Welcome to On-line Registration for St. Andrews Community Club!
This site will allow your family to register for all sports offered through the club and give you the opportunity to sign-up to volunteer. Please fill in the required fields for your family unit the first time and then enjoy the simple procedure of signing up for different sports.
If you already have a user ID from a previous registration, please DO NOT re-enter your family information. Please use the same email address each time when registering. If your email address has changed, please let us know at standrewsregistrar@ymail.com and we will change it in your profile. If you have forgotten your password, it can be reset.
Program Registration
Winter registration will be available between Aug 23 and Sept 11 (late fee will be applied to hockey registrations from Sept 9-11). Any registrations after Sept 11 may or may not be accepted depending on availability for hockey and ringette. Power skating registration is available on-line this year.
Hockey registration will be the same as last year. As per the direction of the Lord Selkirk Minor Hockey Association - register on-line and then go to the Selkirk Rec Complex (180 Easton Drive, Selkirk, MB) on either Wednesday August 24 from 6-9pm or on Saturday August 27 from 10am-1pm to fill out forms for Hockey Canada. Payment will not be taken in Selkirk, but at St. Andrews CC on the dates listed below.
Ringette is a new program to the club this year and children interested in registering should register in person on Thursday August 25 from 7-9 pm at the club. Ringette conveners will then input registrations into the on-line system. Payment will be accepted the same evening.
Skating registration starts Thursday Sept 8 and runs until January 23. Fees for skating can be dropped off with a member of the skating board. For a contact list, visit www.standrewsrec.com.
There is no on-line payment option with registration this year. Cheques made out to St. Andrews CC (do not post-date) can be dropped off at the Community Club with no additional waiting on:

Fees for sport registrations must be paid prior to the start of the season or your child will not be registered on a team.
Late registrations will be limited this year and will result in an additional late fee of $50 per child per sport. Late registration charges may be removed if conveners are still looking to find more players to fill a team.

Additional Registration Fees
Please be advised that there are additional fees when registering for a sport program. All registrations include a $35.00 family membership fee (charged once per school year) that gives families access to events being held at St. Andrews Community Club. This fee helps pay for cleaning supplies and daily necessities.
New Volunteer Fee
All registrations include a $50.00 family volunteer fee (charged once per school year). Families who volunteer 4 hours of their time during the school year will be credited back the entire $50. When you register, if you have a $50 credit (or any credit) in your account, the system will notify you and ask you to apply it to your fees.
Families will be informed of volunteer opportunities occasionally throughout the school year but all volunteer positions will be available for viewing and signing up for on the website under the "Volunteer Postings" tab. It will be up to each family to sign-up for available volunteer jobs during the 12-month time frame. Families that do not want to volunteer can choose not to and that fee will be used to help the club pay for things that volunteers could have done.
