Online Registration Information
Since this system is new, please read the following to help make your registration process go smoothly. All registration needs to be done through this system. If you have any questions regarding your registration please send and email to the registrar.
1. All families will be required to create an account the first time logging into our system. Please add all family members, players and parents by choosing the add children or add adult options (alternate contact information such as phone numbers and emails can be added when another adult is added to the account).
2. After the account is created this registration system will be used to register and make payments for any of the available programs. Through the registration system you will have access to all account information, including payments due, payments received, due dates, outstanding balances, etc.
3. Sugar-Salem Grid Kid accepts Visa/MasterCard, Debit Cards, or checks by mail.
4. If you have multiple players, please register them all at the same time. To do this after completing one registration click the continue shopping button to register another player.
5. The entire registration process occurs over a secure server using the highest security currently available.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
REGISTRATION FORM AND FEES:
The Registration Fee is $90.00 for all registrations received by July 19, 2011. ($5.00 discount per player for multiple family members.)
The Registration Fee is $100.00 for all registrations received after July 19, 2011 and prior to July 24, 2011. Any registration received between July 25, 2011 and July 31, 2011 will only be accepted if room is available on the team.
The Sugar-Salem Grid Kid Football organization will furnish to the player; a helmet, shoulder pads, game pants, belt and pads, and a game jersey. The league will also provide footballs, referees, and accident insurance. The participants must furnish Practice Pants, a mouthpiece, athletic supporter, and appropriate shoes (molded rubber cleats of soft composition in accordance with the National High School Rules -- No metal or metal tipped cleats are allowed!)
Coaches will be given their respective list of players on August 1, 2011. Players will not receive equipment or be permitted to practice or play until fees are paid in full and registration is completed. Players will not be allowed to practice or play until they are in compliance with the physical examination policy (noted below). No registration fee refunds will be given after August 15, 2011. Practices will start on August 1, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. at the High School Field (no pads, just shorts, shirt & cleats). No team or coach is allowed to start practices prior to this date.
A Physical examination/doctor certification is required to play Grid Kid Football.
A newly completed physical is required if the player falls into either of the following two categories:
1. This is the player’s first year of playing Sugar-Salem Grid Kid Football
2. The player is going into the 7th Grade.
You will need to come to Sugar-Salem High School football equipment shed on the evening of either July 11th or July 12th, 2011, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM to pick up your equipment.
If you are unable to pick up your equipment on July 11th or July 12th, please register online here, then pick up your equipment on July 18th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
