PLEASE MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO "TOPSC".

Required:

1. Payment, either mail check or pay by credit card

2. Permission to travel, only if you are from outside Eastern NY Youth Soccer Association (ENYYSA) and if required by your league.

3. Bring a copy of your roster to the tournament to be given to tournament committee at check in before your first game.

4. If you are in East Hudson Youth Soccer League (EHYSL) and you have guest players, you must bring the guest's pass and the EHYSL form giving you permission to borrow that player, signed by the lending coach and the EHYSL league office.
