Mission Statement
The members of the St. Pat's V.O.B. Soccer Club are dedicated to providing children with a program that will assist in their development as athletes and individuals. Our mission is to provide a positive and constructive environment which will facilitate the development of soccer skills, will make learning and competing fun, will promote good sportsmanship, and will enhance each child's self esteem. Each member, who is privileged to be selected as a coach, acknowledges this mission and is responsible for managing his or her team accordingly. To this end, our coaches are responsible for exhibiting proper behavior as representatives of our Club, to ensure that each child plays no less than half of each contest, unless extraordinary circumstances would warrant otherwise such as a player's failure to meet his or her commitments to the team, and to to treat each player, referee, opponent, and spectator with respect and dignity.V.O.B.
