Some of our participants do not have the financial resources to pay participation fees. We offer the ability to contribute money for the benefit of those players if you choose to do so.

Welcome to the 2012 Grizzly Youth Football Season

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE 2012 SEASON

NOTE: FEES WILL INCREASE $10-$20 FOR ANY SIGNUPS AFTER JULY 24th

If you completed your registration online and indicated your would be sending a check, please mail it to us now. We must receive your payment prior to July 25th for your payment to be considered on time.

We will be collecting all additional documentation required for participation at the concession stand at FieldCrest (699 Bird Street, Wadsworth) from 5:45pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, July 24th and Wednesday, July 25th. Please plan on dropping off the following:

A check or money order for any unpaid dues by that time (your child will not be able to participate until all monies owed are paid)
A copy of the participant's birth certificate
OHSAA PPE (sports physical) form completed and signed by a physician
Recent wallet size photo of the participant (head and shoulders profile)

FOOTBALL CAMP & FLAG FOOTBALL CAMP

For those that are participating in football camp, please arrive at Fieldcrest by 5:25pm on Tuesday, July 24th and gather on the game field. Please wear football cleats & shorts...also bring plenty of water! Contact Rick Mooney for details: rickmoon38@yahoo.com

TACKLE FOOTBALL

For all of those participating in tackle football, please arrive at Bird St. baseball field by 5:30pm on Monday, July 30th. Please wear football cleats & shorts...bring water! Please note that if your registration is not paid in full OR if you have not submitted the above information your child will not be permitted to participate (no exceptions).

FLAG FOOTBALL

4 year olds 1st practice on Monday, July 30th, 6:00pm at Fieldcrest (every Monday from there on out)

CHEERLEADERS

Please pick up your uniform at Overlook school any time between 6:00 and 7:00PM on Monday, July 30th. Cheer practices will be held at Wadsworth Middle School.
