Welcome to the Washington Charter School Athletic Association’s (WCSAA) new online registration system.  This system was implemented to assist the WCSAA and our member schools in transitioning from a paper process to an automated process that can help school administrations and support staff better track athletic participation.  Since this system is new, please read the following to help make your registration process go smoothly.  This registration system will handle registration for all seasons and all sports.  All registrations must be done through the online registration system.

 

 1. All schools are required to create an online account the first time logging into the system.  This will be your schools account and the means by which your school will register for athletics in the future.  During this process you will be able to create your teams, coaching staff and team staff for each sport.  This process will record a team eligibility form.

    
2.  After the account is created this registration system will be used to register and make payments for any of the available programs. Through the registration system you will have access to all account information, including payments due, payments received, due dates, outstanding balances, etc.

3.   The Washington Charter School Athletic Association, through this online registration system, accepts, Master Card, VISA, Debit Card or (Check  with *prior approval).

4.  If you are registering for multiple sports please do so by creating a new team after registering the first team and continue to create a new team until all teams have been created and registered for that season.
 
5.  The entire registration process occurs over a secure server using the highest security currently available.
